TIS HARD BIO 510–1000 kW is a modern, fast-reacting boiler with a power range from 510 to 1000 kW and an automatic fuel feeding system. The boilers are designed for operation in public facilities such as industrial buildings. A distinctive feature of the boiler is its ability to operate on fuels with varying moisture content.
Fuel requirements: moisture not exceeding 40%. Operation on wood chips with moisture content up to 60% is possible by adjusting the factory control settings.








Wood chip size: length 5–50 mm, thickness not exceeding 30 mm (maximum permissible length 100 mm, thickness 50 mm, with no more than 10% of total volume).
A specific feature of this boiler is the fully automatic combustion process, controlled by individually selected automation algorithms, with afterburning of combustible gases in a four-tunnel innovative combustion chamber made of refractory concrete and lined with fireclay bricks.
The flue gas temperature does not exceed 180°C (when the boiler operates with a temperature difference (ΔT) between the outlet (Tp) and the return (Tk) of no more than 15°C, while the return temperature must not be lower than 55°C.

If the recommended boiler settings, operating parameters, or fuel feeding conditions are not maintained, the flue gas temperature may exceed 250°C.
The boiler is equipped with a fuel feeding device and an automation system. The safety system (thermal protection with a feeder temperature control sensor) protects the boiler from ignition of fuel within the automatic feeding system.
An additional fuel agitator system is installed in the hopper to eliminate fuel “bridging.” The absence of hanging wood chips in the hopper allows for full utilization of the loaded fuel.
Thanks to the boiler’s structural features and unique production technologies, the maximum possible recovery of thermal energy from the burned fuel is achieved.
