TIS PRO DR

TIS PRO DR boilers are designed for burning non-wood biomass in the form of straw briquettes. They operate using natural chimney draft, with no need for electricity.
The enlarged combustion chamber allows burning wood up to 50 cm in length. The boilers are made from certified 5 mm boiler-grade steel.
The boiler body features a water jacket that transfers the maximum amount of generated heat energy to the heating system.

In the upper section of the PRO DR boiler, an energy-efficient heat exchanger has been designed to accumulate and direct as much heat as possible from the burned fuel into the heating installation.
This significantly extends the burning time with single wood or other fuel load.

During combustion, the temperature of the flue gases exiting the chimney does not exceed 130°C, demonstrating the very high efficiency of the unit. In these models, the operating time with a single fuel load can be up to 16 hours.

One of the key advantages of TIS PRO DR boilers is their large combustion chamber.
In many European boilers, the chamber is much smaller since most are primarily designed for coal.
All TIS boilers are optimized for wood combustion, and the enlarged chamber allows equally efficient burning of peat and coal compared to similar competitor models.

For user convenience, the boilers feature wide-opening doors and a solid cast-iron grate.

The power output of TIS PRO DR boilers ranges from 10 to 27 kW, making them suitable for heating residential homes, industrial facilities, and for domestic hot water production when connected to a water tank.

The boilers are made from certified European boiler steel, ensuring long-term durability and reliable operation under nearly all working conditions.

Wide-opening front doors allow easy cleaning of both the heat exchanger and the boiler itself, with no need for disassembly.
The design also provides easy access to the rear section (chimney area) for cleaning.
